We’re searching for a CDL Route Manager to service an established route stretching from Hallandale all the way down to Key West — and this is much more than a driving job. Behind the wheel of a company-provided Class B CDL truck, you’ll be the face of the business at every stop, building relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, and driving sales along the wayIf you’re a natural leader with a growth mindset who takes pride in being great at what you do, we want to meet you.

 

Requirements:

• Service an established delivery route from Hallandale to Key West, ensuring every battery is delivered safely and the route is completed on time
• Operate a company-provided Class B CDL truck (air brakes / automatic) for local daily deliveries
• Upsell additional batteries at each stop to meet a weekly sales quota of 600 batteries
• Repeatedly lift batteries weighing throughout the day in a warehouse/route environment

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL license (Class B) with previous driving experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, price sheets are provided in both languages
• Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, honest, and career-minded with a growth-oriented mindset

Schedule & Pay:

• Full Time – Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $60,000/year plus commission
