Salary: $19.50/Hour
Express Employment is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is temporary and about 3 months or longer.
Location: Oroville, Ca
Pay: $19.50/Hour
Work Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:• Answer phone calls and assist customers in person• Provide accurate information on billing, rates, accounts, and services• Resolve customer questions, process payments, and update account records• Maintain records, enter data, and complete general clerical tasks• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely customer service• Handle special account issues, including delinquent accounts, bankruptcies, and escrow inquiries• Participate in customer service and safety training• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:• 1 year of current office experience
