Schedule/Shift: D Shift – 6:45 PM–7:00 AM, Wednesday–Friday and alternating Saturdays
Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary:
Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded components, support quality assurance efforts, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded components using gauges and microscopes
  • Verify part dimensions, color, and overall appearance
  • Conduct periodic scanning of molded components to identify defects
  • Accurately and timely complete all required quality documentation
  • Identify, isolate, and report nonconforming products
  • Support housekeeping to maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Assemble and distribute boxes
  • Move boxes using a hand truck
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent visual inspection skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
