Warehouse Order Selector / EPJ Operator (Day Shift)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Order Selector for our Day Shift operations in McDonough, GA. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, building, wrapping, and staging customer orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), RF scanner, and warehouse technology. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electric rider pallet jacks (EPJ), RF scanners, and stretch-wrap machines safely and efficiently.
• Accurately pick products, build pallets, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Wrap and transport completed pallets to staging or shipping areas.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow established safety standards and standard operating procedures.
• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift and/or Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) cert required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of electric rider pallet jack experience.
• Ability to read and understand English for safety and operational purposes.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology.
• Distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on the warehouse floor for 8+ hours as needed.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to manually move empty pallets and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Work Environment

• Day Shift position.
• Warehouse temperatures may vary and can be hot or cold depending on weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
