Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position: Pallet Repair
Location: Tomah, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Pay: $12.50 per hour plus incentive pay

Saw Operator Responsibilities

• Operate a band saw safely and efficiently
• Inspect pallets for quality and defects
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals

Pallet Repair Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild damaged wooden pallets
• Replace broken pallet boards using hand and power tools
• Operate pneumatic nail guns and grinders safely and efficiently
• Inspect pallets to ensure quality and durability standards are met
• Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Keep work areas organized and clean

Qualifications

• No experience required—paid training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
