Marketing Lead

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to join a growing organization with a diverse portfolio of industrial products and services across Canada and the United States.
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This hands-on role is ideal for a marketing professional with 6–7 years of B2B experience who enjoys managing campaigns from concept to execution while collaborating closely with sales, leadership, and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, paid social, retargeting, and industry publications.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Manage marketing projects, budgets, timelines, and external agencies to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with the sales team to support regional campaigns, product promotions, account-based marketing initiatives, and lead generation programs.
- Support marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign reporting.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content that builds brand awareness and generates leads.
- Develop and maintain content calendars, producing blogs, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other sales and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate video and multimedia projects while ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support website content updates, landing pages, and digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and paid advertising.
Event Marketing
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events across Canada and the U.S.
- Develop pre-event marketing campaigns, manage event logistics, and oversee promotional materials and vendor relationships.
- Execute post-event follow-up campaigns, measure performance, and report on lead generation and ROI.
Marketing Operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaign effectiveness, and overall team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven success managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with digital marketing, content development, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, or similar), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- Strong communication, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
