📋 Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Manage payroll changes, benefits, deductions, and timekeeping records
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Process Accounts Payable and vendor payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare payroll, financial, and business performance reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and identify business trends
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiencies
- Handle confidential payroll and financial information with professionalism
