About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about keeping people safe? We are hiring a professional 2nd Shift Security Officer to join our team in Lancaster. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for safety, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring the property, and providing excellent service to guests and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Patrol & Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, security, and order.

• Incident Response: Respond quickly and professionally to safety concerns, guest requests, or emergency situations.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs and write clear, detailed reports for any incidents occurring during your shift.

• Guest & Staff Support: Act as a helpful, reassuring liaison for visitors, guests, and staff members.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Certifications: Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or HSI).

• Licensing: Ability to complete and obtain the AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification within 30 days of hire (we'll help guide you through this!).

• Experience: Previous security, safety, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required—a strong work ethic and proactive attitude are key!

• Shift: Reliable availability to work 2nd shift hours.
