Salary: $20-$24hr (DOE)

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder. This position is ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of recent welding experience who are looking to grow their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift: Morning shift 

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and arc welding on components in vertical, flat, and overhead positions.
• Set up and complete welds of moderate complexity.
• Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, drawings, prints, and routings.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Specialized training in welding required.
• 2–5 years of recent TIG welding experience preferred.
• Experience with arc welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Hiring Process:
