Job Title: Third Shift Packer Location: Dekalb, Illinois Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for dependable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Third Shift Packer. This position involves operating machinery, monitoring production quality, and ensuring efficient output during overnight operations.
Operate and monitor machines
Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work area clean and organized
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for an entire shift
Comfortable working independently on third shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
