Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all front and back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Starting wage is $25 - $27/hour and based on experience. Must have a current ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain. Work schedule is afternoons, Thursday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during all shifts
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen team members
• Oversee kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
• Step in to assist with cooking and prep as needed

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required
• Culinary Degree preferred
• Previous kitchen management or leadership experience
• Strong background working in a commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to lead a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and long shifts as needed
