Spanish Bilingual Sales Associate – Plumbing & Industrial Terminology Required

Pay: $18+
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-3pm

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Sales Associate to join our plumbing supply team. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, along with plumbing, industrial, or construction supply terminology knowledge. The ideal candidate must be familiar with technical plumbing terminology in Spanish and English in order to effectively assist customers with identifying plumbing parts, fittings, valves, fixtures, and related materials.

This is primarily a customer-facing sales and showroom advisory role focused on helping customers find the correct products, providing product knowledge, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced plumbing supply environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers, contractors, and vendors in both English and Spanish
• Identify plumbing and industrial supply parts using technical terminology and product knowledge
• Help customers select appropriate fittings, valves, pipe, fixtures, tools, and repair components
• Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Accurately process sales orders, invoices, quotes, and purchase transactions
• Maintain organized and professional showroom displays
• Build strong relationships with contractors, technicians, and repeat customers
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior plumbing, industrial supply, HVAC, pipefitting, maintenance, or construction supply experience required
• Strong understanding of plumbing components and technical part names in Spanish
• Ability to recognize and identify a wide variety of plumbing materials and fittings
• Previous showroom, counter sales, or plumbing supply house experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic computer and invoice entry skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
