Positions: Meat Wrapper, Freight Crew, 
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location: Bend, OR
Schedule: Open availability required during store hours, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Available Positions

• Meat Wrapper – Package, label, and merchandise meat products while maintaining food safety standards and department presentation.
• Freight Crew – Receive deliveries, unload trucks, stock merchandise, organize backroom inventory, and ensure products are stocked efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with inventory management and product quality control
• Receive and process incoming freight and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals
• Support multiple departments as business needs require
• Perform department-specific duties based on assigned position

Qualifications

• Previous grocery, retail, warehouse, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Open availability to work and shift during store hours (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed
• Leadership experience preferred for the Person in Charge (PIC) role
