Positions: Produce Clerk, Meat Wrapper, Person in Charge (PIC)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Location: Bend, OR
Schedule: Open availability required during store hours, 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Available Positions

• Produce Clerk – Assist with stocking, rotating, and displaying fresh produce while ensuring quality and cleanliness throughout the department.
• Meat Wrapper – Package, label, and merchandise meat products while maintaining food safety standards and department presentation.
• Person in Charge (PIC) – Support daily store operations, assist with supervision of staff, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure smooth store operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Assist with inventory management and product quality control
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals
• Perform department-specific duties based on assigned position

Qualifications

• Previous grocery, retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Open availability to work any shift during store hours (6:00 AM - 9:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed
• Leadership experience preferred for Person in Charge (PIC) role
