Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Packager openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged accurately, inspected for quality, and prepared for shipment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity before shipment.
• Operate packaging equipment and maintain production standards in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete production and packaging documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
