Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Laminator openings in Wyoming, MN. • Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Wyoming, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and equipment for fiberglass and composite lamination processes.
• Apply resin, fiberglass, and other composite materials to molds according to production specifications.
• Trim, sand, and finish laminated parts to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed products for defects and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all manufacturing and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, composites, fiberglass, or lamination experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
