Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Mechanic openings in Hugo, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM; Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Hugo, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Install, maintain, and modify machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, complete work orders, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanic, or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed.
