Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Production openings in Pine City, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning mechanical processes, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment. 

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20–$27/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Pine City, MN Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Production Assembly — Assist with assembling components according to specifications.

• Machine Operation — Operate production machinery safely after training.

• Material Handling — Load, move, and stage materials for production lines.

• Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper fit.

• Workplace Safety — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

 

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts

• Comfortable working in a production environment

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn General Labor Qualifications
