Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls and email outreach to prospective customers.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Present products and services, answer technical and business questions, and overcome customer objections.
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and communicate pricing and credit terms.
Track inventory levels and provide accurate delivery estimates.
Coordinate customer training and support as needed.
Enter and maintain customer information within the company database.
Partner with outside sales representatives to ensure account information and sales materials remain current.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to orders and deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
Previous inside sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on sales leads.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and CRM/database systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
