This project allows community members to hear details about a legal case, share their opinions, and participate in discussions that help attorneys better understand how a case may be viewed by a jury. No legal experience is necessary—your honest perspective is what matters most.

Project Details

• Check-In: 12:45 PM
• Project Begins: 1:00 PM sharp
• End Time: No later than 6:00 PM
• Location: Kalispell, MT
• Duration: One-day project (approximately 5 hours)
• Compensation: Paid project assignment

What to Expect

• Review information and presentations related to a legal matter
• Participate in group discussions and provide feedback
• Share your opinions in a professional and respectful environment
• Sign a confidentiality agreement regarding all information presented and opinions expressed during the project

While the project does involve periods of sitting, frequent short breaks are scheduled throughout the afternoon so participants are not required to sit for extended periods.

Complimentary water, coffee, tea, and light snacks will be available during the event.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a United States citizen
• Must be available for the entire project, from 1:00 PM until no later than 6:00 PM
• Able to participate in discussions and provide thoughtful feedback
• Must not have a conflict of interest with any parties involved in the litigation (participant screening will be conducted)
• Friends, relatives, or individuals who know each other should not participate in the same project
