What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences for candidates, clients, and visitors.

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing inquiries
  • Greeting candidates, clients, and visitors
  • Screening applications and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with candidate onboarding and testing
  • Sourcing and screening talent for client opportunities
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Supporting social media campaigns and recruiting initiatives
  • Assisting with client visits and meetings when required
  • Helping the team achieve recruitment and sales goals
  • Taking on new challenges and projects as business grows

You Would Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role
  • Enjoy talking to people and building relationships

  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Are comfortable learning new technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
