Express Employment is looking for a Belting Assistant in the Canon City Area!

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform all Assistant level belting tasks in all positions within the Belting Departing including:
2. Assist Belt Operators in all positions of belting.
3. Know and apply processes for belt fabrication using all standard and commonly used hand tools 
4. Read and exercise QC belting checklists to ensure proper packaging of all required components.
5. Cross train in two different production positions at the basic level (additional areas such as Crate, Assembly, Paint, and Fabrication).
6. Operate material handling cranes and other lifting devices as required.
7. Read and exercise QC fabrication checklists to ensure proper compliance to quality standards.
8. To apply your initiative through empowerment to participate in continuous improvement opportunities, including your active participation in LEAN practices and LEAN events.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures as required.
10. This job will in tale running a rivet gun all day long when we install our chain.
