We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Your primary duties will include preparing surfaces, selecting appropriate paints and tools, and applying coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Select and mix paints, stains, or varnishes to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Apply paint or other coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
• Protect surfaces and surrounding areas from paint splatters and drips by using drop cloths, tape, and other protective materials.
• Use various tools, such as scrapers, sandpaper, and brushes, to remove old paint or prepare surfaces for painting.
• Repair and touch up painted surfaces as needed to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools, cleaning them thoroughly and storing them properly after use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a professional setting.
• Solid knowledge of different painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to accurately mix and match colors for desired finishes.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites as needed.
