📋 Job Duties

• ☎️ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• 😊 Greet guests, visitors, and customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• 📅 Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• 📁 Assist with general office and administrative tasks
• 🖥️ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• ✉️ Support daily office operations as needed

💪 Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
• Ability to use a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and callers
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
• Work performed in a professional office environment with minimal physical hazards
