1st Shift Ink Mixer – Machine Operator & Forklift | Edwardsville, KS

A well-established local manufacturing company is looking to add a dependable, hardworking Ink Mixer to their 1st shift team. This isn't a role for everyone. It's physical, it's hands-on, and you will get dirty. If that doesn't scare you off — keep reading.

Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift | Monday–Friday
$20.00/hour | Paid Weekly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Mix and blend inks using various sized industrial mixers
• Weigh raw ingredients and prepare batches according to exact specifications
• Lift 55 lb. bags of dry pigment above shoulder height and load into mixers — repeatedly, throughout your shift
• Clean and maintain machines and your work area (this is a hands-on, messy environment — PPE and uniforms are provided)
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Perform general labor tasks as needed — every role here has a physical component

Requirements:

• 2+ years of stable work history in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or mixing required
• 2+ years of machine operating experience required
• 1+ years of forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. above shoulder height repeatedly throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work history — this team counts on each other
