Responsibilities:

  • Performing 2D and 3D profilometry examinations
  • Operating within the company's Quality Management System while following all quality control procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Developing, maintaining, and issuing quality records and inspection documentation
  • Recording inspection data and documenting results using Excel and other software
  • Properly operating, maintaining, and protecting quality inspection equipment
  • Assisting with quality investigations and supporting continuous improvement efforts
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Plant Lead or Supervisor

Schedule and Pay:

  • Mon-Fri 6:00am-3:30pm
  • Mon-Fri 3:30pm-1:00am
    • Will train on 1st shift
  • $20.00/hr

Requirements:

  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
  • Perform occasional overhead work using hand tools and equipment
  • Push and pull equipment components during maintenance and daily operations
  • Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 50°F to 100°F
  • Work in high-noise environments while wearing required hearing protection
  • Wear a respirator and safely work around industrial chemicals while following all established safety procedures
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and use close attention to detail throughout the shift
  • Maintain excellent vision (with or without corrective lenses) for detailed inspections
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel for data entry and documentation
  • Ability to learn and operate precision inspection equipment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Background check
  • Drug Screen
