Shop Labourer

Salary: $24/hour

An Edmonton client is seeking a Shop Labourer to join their team.

Shop Labourer Highlights:

• Build custom wooden pallets and crates using pneumatic nail guns.
• Perform general shop labour duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Follow work instructions while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general production and shop tasks as required.
• Opportunity for advancement into field work involving crating and shrink-wrapping scaffolding for customer projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using pneumatic nail guns is required.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.
• Scaffolding experience is considered an asset.
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and committed to long-term employment.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• $24.00/hour
• Long-term opportunity with potential for advancement
• Start Date: ASAP
