Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Project Specialist with a respected heavy equipment company!

If you're someone who loves solving puzzles, researching information, and ensuring every detail is accurate, this could be an excellent opportunity.

You'll work behind the scenes helping build accurate service pricing and repair estimates that support operations across the company.

Pay

$23-25/hr.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm or 8am-5pm

Project expected to continue through December 2026 (must be able to commit to the entire length of the project)

What You'll Be Doing

• Research service information to develop accurate repair pricing quotes
• Analyze technical information and compare labor and parts data
• Ensure pricing and repair options are standardized and accurate
• Review documentation for completeness and consistency
• Learn Caterpillar systems and internal processes through paid training
• Support a company-wide initiative focused on improving efficiency and quote accuracy

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys research and problem solving
• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Is highly organized and accurate
• Can stay focused on repetitive analytical work
• Is comfortable learning new software and processes
• Can commit to a long-term project
• Experience with heavy equipment, construction equipment, Caterpillar systems, warranty processing, estimating, or service operations is a plus, but training will be provided.
