Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, be comfortable using an RF scan gun, and thrive in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming shipments (20–30 pallets per shift) and inspect materials for damage and accuracy
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents
• Stage, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse
• Utilize an RF scan gun to receive, scan, and track inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using an RF scan gun required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment
• Ability to safely unload and move palletized materials throughout the facility

• Monday- Friday: 6:15AM- 3PM
