Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our staffing services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to promote Express services.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to match clients with qualified candidates.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, B2B sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
