Job Summary: 

The HVAC Lead Installer will prepare, organize, complete and review installation jobs in residential homes. In this position, the HVAC Installation Lead will be expected to work closely with the installation and communicate effectively with the warehouse team. In this position, attention to detail and quality of work is critical! A service van will be to perform a variety of installations relating to heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems in residential homes. This person could be in charge of a team of two or more HVAC installers/trainees and will be expected to lead in jobs, explain steps in which job will be done, and follow through on projects from start to finish.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC field installation experience
• Ductwork installation
• Brazing and Welding skills are required 
• Electrical, gas or boiler experience is preferred but not required. 
• Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes 
• Ability to draw and read simple diagrams and blueprints

Education: 

• EPA Certified
• HVAC Certified
• Mechanical, Electrical, Gas or Boiler Certifications are a plus!

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
