Seed Laborer / Production Worker
Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hour

We are hiring an experienced Seed Laborer / Production Worker for a local seed production facility in Albany. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced production position. Previous grass seed experience is required.

Job Duties:

• Bag seed products on the production line
• Seal bags accurately and securely
• Continuously stack filled seed bags onto pallets
• Inspect bags for quality and proper labeling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous grass seed experience is required
• Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a dusty, fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday evening shift for individuals who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a production setting.
