Job Summary We have a great part-time opportunity at a company located in Luck, WI. You will act as a customer liaison to ensure exceptional service and support profitable product sales. Responsible for assisting customers, generating quotes, processing orders, billing, and resolving issues.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Part-Time

  • Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects.

  • Generate and process accurate quotes, orders, invoices, and customer files.

  • Answer product questions and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.

  • Obtain vendor quotes and file freight claims for damaged shipments.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  •  Experience in administration and customer service (Mining/Aggregate industry experience a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database data entry.

  • Experience operating multi-line phone systems and general office equipment (copiers, scanners).

  • Strong organization, digital filing, and professional written communication skills.
