Job Summary We have a great part-time opportunity at a company located in Luck, WI. You will act as a customer liaison to ensure exceptional service and support profitable product sales. Responsible for assisting customers, generating quotes, processing orders, billing, and resolving issues.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects.
Generate and process accurate quotes, orders, invoices, and customer files.
Answer product questions and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Obtain vendor quotes and file freight claims for damaged shipments.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in administration and customer service (Mining/Aggregate industry experience a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database data entry.
Experience operating multi-line phone systems and general office equipment (copiers, scanners).
Strong organization, digital filing, and professional written communication skills.
