Warehouse Supervisor 

Monday - Saturday (7:00am - 4:00pm) 

$22-$26/hr DOE + Biannual Success Bonus 

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and employee supervision. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations while supporting customer service, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective transportation management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, train, and coach warehouse team members.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory processes.
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately according to customer requirements and routing guides.
  • Coordinate shipments using ERP systems and collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities.
  • Negotiate and coordinate transportation services with freight carriers.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment and operational issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Manufacturing and/or GMP experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Forklift, reach truck, and warehouse equipment operation experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
