Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver (Part-Time)

Location: Kalispell, MT
Pay: $19.50–$20.00 per hour
Hours: 10–12 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Personal Care Attendant (PCA)/Caregiver to provide part-time in-home support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence and quality of life in a respectful, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space
Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning
Help with errands and grocery shopping, if needed
Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
Assist with mobility and transfers, as appropriate
Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort

Qualifications

Previous caregiving, personal care, CNA, or home health experience is preferred but not required
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

Part-time: 10–12 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
Potential for additional hours in the future
