Location: Sunnyvale TX
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Helper to support manufacturing operations by grinding, cleaning, and preparing metal materials for production. This role involves working with hand and power tools, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with various shop duties in a fast-paced industrial environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, sand, and clean metal materials to prepare surfaces for production and finishing
• Remove slag, burrs, rust, and other imperfections from steel components
• Operate hand grinders, power tools, and other shop equipment safely and effectively
• Assist welders, fabricators, and production personnel as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure materials meet production standards

Qualifications:

• Experience using grinders, hand tools, or power tools preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Prior manufacturing, production, or metal shop experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
