Job Title: Construction Cleanup Crew Member

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Some weekends and overtime may be required)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Cleanup Crew Members to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized construction sites throughout all phases of commercial and residential construction projects. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove construction debris, trash, and excess materials from job sites.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and prepare work areas for the next phase of construction.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials using wheelbarrows, carts, and other equipment.
• Safely handle and maneuver wheelbarrows to move debris, dirt, gravel, and construction materials throughout the job site.
• Assist with demolition cleanup and disposal of construction waste.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Support skilled trades as needed with general labor duties.
• Perform final cleaning before project completion and client turnover.

Qualifications

• Previous construction cleanup or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Los Angeles area.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Steel-toe work boots required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety glasses may be required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, if required.
