Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Recycling Warehouse Driver to join a busy recycling operation in Waterloo. This position requires a valid CDL Class A license and involves riding along collection routes, assisting with the pickup of recyclable cans and bottles, and returning materials to the plant for processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive physical work, working as part of a team, and supporting daily recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ride along collection routes and assist with the pickup of recyclable cans and bottles
• Transport collected materials back to the recycling facility
• Load cans and bottles into crushing and processing equipment
• Assist with material handling and recycling operations within the plant
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support warehouse and recycling operations as needed
• Work efficiently to ensure daily route and production goals are met

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license required
• Previous warehouse, recycling, driving, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and handle full bags weighing approximately 8 lbs on a frequent basis
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to perform frequent bending and carrying tasks
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely in a team-oriented environment
