Admissions Recruiter

Located in Greenacres, FL

Salary: $22.00/hr

Location: Jupiter

Hourly pay rate: $22

(No travel stipends or milage reimbursement)

You will be responsible for presenting academic programs and admissions opportunities to prospective students. You will also represent the college at college fairs, career days, and community events and host information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events for prospective students and families.

Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will drive engagement with students and recent graduates, ensuring we connect with the future of healthcare professionals.

 

Experience Needed:

● Proven experience in high school student recruitment or college admissions with a focus on high school acquisition.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage students and faculty.

● Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including cold calling, research methods, and relationship management.

● Familiarity with CRMs and SIS’ like Populi for managing candidate pipelines.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

 

What you are responsible for:

● Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from local high schools.

● Build and maintain relationships with high school career centers, faculty, student organizations, and industry partners to enhance brand presence.

● Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus events, interviews, and information sessions to engage prospective candidates directly.

● Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates using CRM and SIS software.

● Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.

● Hire may also be expected to perform receptionist duties.
