• Monday – Friday
• First Shift, 8am – 5pm
• After 6 months you can HYBRID!

Duties:

• Customer Support responds to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product specifications via phone, email, and chat.
• Issue Resolution resolves customer concerns professionally and tracks open items like quotes and payments to completion.
• Proactive Communication updates clients regarding order status, delays, and shipment tracking information.
• Data Integrity maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details.
• Internal Collaboration partners with technical departments, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
