We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Associate to join our production team. This role involves preparing memorabilia products, operating equipment, applying backing materials, and assisting with general shop operations. The ideal candidate is focused, dependable, able to follow directions, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cut and apply backing material to memorabilia products.
Operate a die cut machine and Band Saw (training provided).
Assist with general shop and production tasks as needed.
Maintain product quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
Follow established procedures and work instructions.
Keep work areas organized and safe.
