Duties
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to develop and manage budgets
• Monitor project costs and report on variances
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate procurement of materials
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies and mitigate financial risks
• Maintain organized records of contracts, purchase orders, and vendor data
Requirements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
