A growing precision manufacturing company in Glastonbury, CT is looking for a Chemical Etcher to join their team. This role is responsible for processing high-quality metal components used in industries such as aerospace, medical devices, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work and producing parts where quality and precision matter.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate chemical etching equipment and processing tanks.
• Monitor processes to ensure parts meet quality and specifications.
• Mix and maintain chemical solutions while following safety procedures.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Record production and inspection information.
• Perform equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working with chemicals while following safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Reliable and motivated with a focus on quality.
