Position Summary

This entry-level production position involves routine manufacturing operations, tooling assembly, and maintaining accurate production documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine production tasks and repetitive manufacturing operations.
• Assemble and configure tooling setups for various production jobs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and measurements.
• Measure materials using both metric and standard (English) measurement systems.
• Record production data and measurements according to established procedures.
• Follow all safety standards and workplace procedures.
• Work closely with lead personnel and supervisors to complete production goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of machining experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to work with both metric and English measurements.
• Ability to accurately record measurements and production data.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience assembling tooling setups is a plus.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for approximately 80% of the workday.
• Ability to sit for approximately 20% of the workday.
• Ability to perform light lifting and carrying of materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and production environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
