Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

A growing food manufacturing company in Norwich, CT is looking for a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of employees on 3rd shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Train employees on procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment/material handling.
• Maintain records, inventory, and required documentation.
• Partner with Quality and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, food production, or sanitation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
