Warehouse Packaging & Shipping Associate

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packaging & Shipping Associate to join a growing team. This position offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling specialized products for domestic and international shipment.

Pay

$22.00 per hour Excellent opportunity for overtime.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Due to current production demands, Saturday overtime availability is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Package delicate wire products for domestic and international shipping.
• Complete required shipping and order documentation accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Process inventory transactions within the ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Handle and transport fragile materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Receive incoming materials and enter inventory into warehouse management systems (SAP/Epicor).
• Pull finished goods for shipment and assist team members in various warehouse functions.
• Investigate inventory variances and report material discrepancies.
• Support other warehouse operations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with shipping software such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, DHL, or similar platforms.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including:
  • Stand-up forklifts
  • Order pickers
  • Electric pallet jacks
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed.
• Previous packaging or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Physical Requirements

• Perform workstation-based packaging duties throughout the workday.
• Stand for extended periods and walk regularly throughout the facility.
• Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and shoulder movements.
• Frequently bend, reach, and stoop.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
• Move safely throughout the production and warehouse environment.
