Office Administrator (Temporary – 2 Month Assignment)
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (Higher pay may be considered for highly qualified candidates)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support its HR department while also assisting the Sales and Customer Service teams. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately two months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

  • Assist the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks

  • File and organize employee and company documents

  • Track and maintain forklift certification records

  • Perform general clerical and office support duties

  • Help ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient office operations

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient with basic computer and office software

Work Environment

  • Professional office setting

  • Business casual dress code

  • Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer throughout the day

Assignment Details
