Office Administrator (Temporary – 2 Month Assignment)Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (Higher pay may be considered for highly qualified candidates)Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support its HR department while also assisting the Sales and Customer Service teams. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately two months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist the Sales and Customer Service teams with administrative tasks
File and organize employee and company documents
Track and maintain forklift certification records
Perform general clerical and office support duties
Help ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient office operations
Previous administrative or office support experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with basic computer and office software
Professional office setting
Business casual dress code
Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer throughout the day
Type: Temporary (Approximately 2 months)
Potential: Assignment may be extended based on business needs
