Floor Cleaning Technician – Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain carpets in commercial facilities
• Operate buffing machines to clean, polish, and restore floors
• Perform routine floor care and maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental service standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care, or buffing is required
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
