Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team as a Structural Steel Construction Laborer

*Year round work!

* Work ONLY in Cache Valley!

What You'll Do:

• Assist with structural steel installation on commercial construction projects.
• Work safely at heights using fall protection equipment.
• Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers (when qualified).
• Help with material handling, concrete work, rigging, and other general construction tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of construction or structural steel experience.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Heavy equipment and welding experience are a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, safety-minded, hardworking, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
