This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with cash-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships while promoting financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers, vaults, ATMs, and coin machines daily.
• Identify potential fraudulent activity and take appropriate steps to minimize risk.
• Provide information on financial products and services and make qualified referrals.
• Travel between branch locations to provide staffing coverage and operational support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of related banking, teller, cashier, or customer service experience.
• Previous cash-handling experience with strong attention to accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between branch locations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
