Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our client's extrusion team in Marysville, WA. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work with specialized extrusion equipment that produces materials used in high-rise buildings, slab-on-ground construction, and other commercial projects.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery to produce post-tensioning materials
• Monitor product quality to ensure specifications and standards are met
• Read and interpret work orders and enter information into the machine interface
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, clear faults, and remove jams
• Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial machinery
• Experience working with machine controls or Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems preferred
• Ability to understand production orders and machine settings
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

PPE Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots required
• Gloves, hard hat, and additional PPE provided
